What we did

We started with a full commercial diagnosis - mapping the customer journey from awareness through to in-store purchase and repeat visit. From there we built a unified channel architecture across paid search, social, digital OOH and owned content, with a single measurement framework tracking every touchpoint to foot traffic and basket value.

The brand and content layer was rebuilt from the ground up - redefining Prego's voice, building a content calendar at cadence, and producing campaign photography and video that finally matched the quality of the product. Paid media was planned and bought under our direction with weekly optimisation cycles tied directly to commercial KPIs.

The results were not incremental. A 340% ROAS in the first campaign window, 4.2 million people reached across the Auckland region, and a threefold increase in tracked conversion from ad exposure to in-store visit. More importantly, Prego now has a marketing model they understand and can grow.
